I'm driven by a deep passion for helping people achieve their dreams in real estate. As a licensed broker with decades of experience, I've faced and overcome many of the challenges that real estate professionals encounter daily.
My journey includes corporate real estate experience with industry giants like AT&T, and my foundation in single-family housing construction and master-planned community development is supported by my MBA from Pepperdine University. As a PadSplit advocate and co-author of a book on private money lending, I'm here to share my experiences and help you achieve your real estate goals.

For the past six years, I've been fully immersed in real estate investment, with a special focus on Co-Living rental properties. I've spent over three years owning and operating Co-Living spaces, creating affordable housing solutions that provide safe, clean, and quiet environments for working individuals near their workplaces.
My expertise in Co-Living properties has earned recognition in the industry, leading to featured appearances on prominent YouTube real estate channels. I share my knowledge with real estate wholesalers, agents, and investors, teaching them the ins and outs of successful Co-Living property management.
